Cutting Edge Technology, High Capacity

PPSI Manufacturing continues to invest in the latest technology. Our newly installed Mazak vertical machining centre, for example, provides one hit, multi axis machining that is able to produce extremely high quality items quickly and cost-effectively.

We have also invested in scale to ensure that we are able to offer a machining service for the largest brief and the heaviest fabrication.  Our largest CNC bed milling machine features a table size of 8 metres and a maximum loading of 25 tonnes - which means we can meet your needs for large-scale casting/forging machining.

Collection & Return

Many businesses requiring machining services face the hurdle of transport for the completion of their fabrication or component.  PPSI Manufacturing has overcome this challenge by investing in our own transport fleet.  With a maximum load size of 40 feet and a maxmimum payload of 28 tons, we are able to provide a collect and/or return service for customers who require this facility.

We can also deploy Autodesk Inventor, which enables us to create an accurate 3D model that can help you design, visualise, and simulate your products before they are built. Digital prototyping with Inventor helps us help you to design better products, reduce development costs, and get to market faster.
