PPSI Manufacturing takes its commitment to quality manufacturing processes extremely seriously, and we adhere to all leading production and manufacturing concepts, including Just In Time and Kanban. We undertake a pre-contract audit to ensure that we capture all information vital to successful execution of the order, and can give advice on both materials and design.

Using our Delcam software package, we're able to import client data to model the proposed items on our CADCAM system. We can also, at the client's request, create drawings where this is needed.  We are  then able to produce accurate projections to map out costings and timescales so that the client receives full information on what to expect.

Our live projects are managed through Job Shop, an application that enables us to track each order from start to finish.

And because we have a complete view of our own machining shop, we're able to manage quality from end-to-end.  This includes appropriate identification of materials, traceable segregation, and visual cross referencing to ensure that an order is processed through our facilities quickly, efficiently and accurately.
